Hi! I’m Angelia.
I’m so happy you’ve found your way to my blog! I’m Angelia Mendoza, I am focused on helping women over 40 enhance their overall wellness.
I am a firm believer in the power of combining mindset, fitness, and nutrition to create balance in our lives. Which inspired me to create this platform as a resource where you can discover practical tips to become the best version of yourself and feel better than ever.
My fascination with mindset and its profound impact it can have on our lives led me to study psychology. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Psychology and am pursuing a Master’s Degree in Licensed Mental Health Counseling.
The desire to make a change in my life came after going through a divorce and not feeling the best about myself, I was 30ibs overweight, feeling symptoms of depression and eating unhealthy. This led me to immerse myself in studying mindset, fitness and nutrition. I wanted to learn as much as possible in order to feel better about myself. I completed the NASM (CPT) Certified Personal Trainer course and the NASM (CNC) Certified Nutrition Coach Course. I want to share my knowledge to help guide you toward achieving your goals and embracing a balanced lifestyle. It can be hard to get started but, I hope to empower you to prioritize your overall well-being.
