What is 75 Hard?

The 75 Hard Challenge designed to test your mental toughness and perseverance. The rules are:

  • Follow a diet of your choice.
  • No cheat days for the duration of the 75 days.
  • Exercise twice a day for 45 minutes each time, with at least one session outside.
  • Drink one gallon of  plain water daily.
  • No Alcohol.
  • Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book everyday.
  • Take a progress photo everyday.
  • If you skip a day, you must start over. If you miss a task, you must start over at day one.
