The Bay Breeze mocktail is a wonderful choice if you’re looking for an alcohol-free alternative to traditional cocktails. The refreshing mix of cranberry and pineapple juices gives it sweet and tart flavors.  This is my go-to when I go out with friends.

1/2 oz Limeade (or fresh lime juice if desired)

3 oz ginger beer

Ice cubes

Instructions:

Fun fact: Ginger beer is a non-alcoholic beverage made by fermenting ginger and sugar. It’s similar to ginger ale but has a stronger ginger flavor and a spicier kick. Ginger beer has a long history and was originally brewed in England in the 1700s. It’s popular worldwide and is used as a mixer in many cocktails and mocktails.

4. Classic Margarita Mocktail (with spicy option)

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup orange juice

1/2 Cup Limeade (or fresh lime juice if desired)

1/4 Cup agave syrup (simple syrup can be used)

1.5oz Alcohol-Free Tequila, such as Ritual, if desired

1/4 Cup sparkling water

Salt for rimming the glass

  • Prepare your glass by rimming it with salt. Rub a wedge of lime around the rim of your glass, then dip it into a plate of salt and twist it around until the rim is evenly coated.
  • Mix the Limeade, orange juice, agave syrup, and water in a pitcher. Stir well until the ingredients are fully combined, and the agave syrup has dissolved.
  • Fill your glass with ice cubes, then pour the margarita mixture over the ice.
  • Garnish your drink with a wedge of lime, and enjoy your alcohol-free margarita!

Lastly, for those wanting to spice it up, try a Jalapeño Margarita mocktail—muddle fresh jalapeño with lime juice and agave syrup in a shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over ice and top with sparkling water. This mocktail provides the perfect spicy kick without the alcohol. Try rimming your glass with Tajin (recipe below) instead of salt for extra flavor.

If you prefer a sweeter drink, add more agave syrup. For a more tart flavor, add extra Limeade. And if you’re feeling adventurous, try experimenting with different fruit juices to create your unique mocktail creation.
