Surrounding yourself with positive people make such an impact – and allows the growth mindset to flourish. Loved the post! Thank you so much for sharing. I realised that there is more behind our negative thoughts and that our automatic thoughts are influenced by our core beliefs that are shaped as far back as our childhood. In order to change my negative thoughts I therefore need to uncover my core beliefs. One technique that is helpful to me is the Downward Arrow technique, this is such an eye-opener and it works for me. It’s important to find our core beliefs so we can change our negative thoughts. Then I can start with positive affirmations once I uncover my core beliefs. It’s amazing how everything is connected. Affirmations can be so helpful!
